The owner wanted to completely renovate this beautiful old home inside and out as well as adding on to the traditional theme with a number of large spacious rooms to the rear including an alfresco to overlook a newly placed pool. A new verandah has been added to the front and an ensuite has been cleverly placed off the side of the existing house to a bedroom.
The addition includes 36 course high ceilings,cedar windows and door frames throughout along with feature colonial doors, extra wide colonial style cornices have been fitted to the ceilings, new architraves and skirtings to match in with the existing. The out of date metal style roof tiles where totally removed along with the traditional battens and timber fascia board to the eaves, which was then replaced with new. The house has been totally rewired, repainted and now re loved.
