Mindarie

This extension and renovation takes advantage of the space available on an angled block. It consists of two large six by four meter rooms both with 34 course high coffered ceilings and bi fold doors opening to the outside. A bathroom and a minor room have also been added with the exsisting laundry moved to make way for a hallway to transition between the new addition and the home. A second bathroom has been renovated and a laundry added with a load of storage capacity to where a bedroom once exsisted.
