This extension and renovation takes advantage of the space available on an angled block. It consists of two large six by four meter rooms both with 34 course high coffered ceilings and bi fold doors opening to the outside. A bathroom and a minor room have also been added with the exsisting laundry moved to make way for a hallway to transition between the new addition and the home. A second bathroom has been renovated and a laundry added with a load of storage capacity to where a bedroom once exsisted.

Home Extension and Renovation, Mount Lawley, Perth , For Peter and Robyn   

The owner wanted to completely renovate this beautifull old home inside and out as well as adding on to the traditional theme with a number of large spacious rooms to the rear including an alfresco to overlook a newly placed pool. A new verandah has been added to the front and an ensuite has been cleverly placed off the side of the existing house to a bedroom.

The addition includes 36 course high ceilings,cedar windows and door frames throughout along with feature colonial doors, extra wide colonial style cornices have been fitted to the ceilings, new architraves and skirtings to match in with the existing. The out of date metal style roof tiles where totally removed along with the traditional battens and timber fascia board to the eaves, which was then replaced with new. The house has been totally rewired, repainted and now re loved.

The client wanted an outdoor area that they could use all year round. They had ideas of what they wanted but were'nt quite sure how to incorperate it into there existing home. At Eldridge Homes we are always happy to help with suggestions which we believe will enhanse, modernise and open up your home. Home Extension, Hillarys, Perth, For Raj and Jyoti

The family of this Hillarys home required more space for their growing teenage boys. Originally they where going to build on the opposite side of their home and had plans drawn up by their own draftsman, but we suggested that if they built this it was going to disrupt their ability to live in their home and cost more than they had budgeted for. Also it was going to effect the natural light and thermal qualities of their home to the kitchen and main living room. We redesigned their addition and economically added approximately 1.5m2 of hallway to their existing home to include a new theatre room and new meals room off the living room, a new spacious bedroom, a new large walk in linen, a powder room and toilet as we had to removed the existing toilet for access to the back of the home.

Garage Extension, Kinross, Perth, For Karen and Allan

Eldridge Homes was able to rejuvenate the frontage of this home and transform the single carport into a double garage with loads of storage space. Who dosent need more storage space? Our workers are friendly and polite and they respected your privacy and because the garage addition was off to the side, it didn’t affect the clients day to day living within their home.
