The owner wanted to add on another room and an alfresco area to take advantage of space which was not being used to its full potential. This alteration and addition includes 35m2 of new living area a new 23m2 alfresco area as well as a revamp to another pergola in the same area. The home addition was texture coated along with the front and east side of the existing home. All gutters and downpipes where replace around the entire home to complete the makeover.
